Not a post about jr.

I just finished making these today so I can teach my piano students about Benji Bass and Trisha Treble. (the ribbon moves the note up and down and the eyes wiggle around...)

My new purse I got for my birthday. Josh picked it out, can you believe that? I love it. I've been looking for a new purse for probably a year and could never find one I liked. I even got the black version of it too, just in case. Not that I ever wear black or anything.

Latest prego picture of me.

Ooooh, nice work! Your teaching guides look so cute, and I'm totally digging the new purse. You know how I feel about pregnant belly pictures... you've totally made my week!

You are cuter than cute! Love the music note guys. I made a thermometer like that for singing time (With half white, half red ribbon.) The challenge is to see how "hot" they can sing the songs! It was a hit with my kids.

Love the purse too. And...I seem to remember you wearing black every once in a while...or always...one of the two.

And, you do pregnant very well. Still adorable as can be!

You are cute in many ways.

Also, is there a way I could maybe rent your husband simply for purse shopping assistance? He's good and I haven't been able to find a good one lately.

You're wearing black in that picture, Adele. Please don't lie.

I love your piano teaching aids, so creative. Those will be quite valuable.

The first thing I thought about the purse: it's not black?! Mine is though. I looked for a new one too when the hole in the bottom got too big. I ended up keeping the old one and just sewing it up. Some things are just too hard to replace.

So that's the more recent picture of you pregnant. (You never told me the answer) You look lovely! (Even in black)

Ryan, don't be such a rudey rudesby(not to be confused with Rudy Ruettiger). For all you know she might have a colored broach pinned on the shoulder that's not facing the camera. After all, we all know how partial Adele is to broaches.

Dels- you look so cute! And I seriously want to know where the purse is from- I'm on the lookout as well. Also, didn't Mom make something similar to those cute-athon teaching aids once upon a time?

Camilla C.-- I always just assumed it was spelled "Rudiger." Shows what I know. It makes much more sense that the end would spell out "tiger."

The purse is from Kohl's. It was way on sale, which is how I was able to buy two of them (for less than the normal price of one)

And yes, I based those lil notes on that one Mother used to have... I wondered if she made it or bought it. But she definitely deserves all the credit.

GP Camilla; Adele probably has a broach with a face of one of the Jonas Brothers on it.

Ryan, no offense, but all this talk about the Jonas brothers on your part suuuure is suspicious. Just sayin.

I love the piano aids. You should mass make them and then sell them..... Or maybe just make one for me ;)

So cute! What a great idea.

I need a new purse, too... and have no idea what to get. My last one was green and handmade of hemp by Norcal Hippies.

Sigh....

Mother made "those lil notes" out of cardboard, construction paper and string.
